To say Myung is just a realtor would be an understatement. She’s a mom, investor, and business owner which means she has a special world view. I was 22 when I was referred to Myung and Domain Realty by a co-worker. I was fresh out of college and wanted to start my journey to building wealth through investing in real estate. During that time, I was working with another realtor to buy my first property, a fourplex in Georgetown, TX. In hindsight, the decision to work with Myung was one of the best financial and personal decisions I made for myself. While other realtors would have worked to get me the property I wanted, I don’t suspect they would have
worked to get me the property that would be best for me. The experience working with Myung and Domain Realty could not be matched. I vividly remember the first day I met Myung. We met in Georgetown, toured the property, and debriefed on some of the risks associated with buying
the fourplex as my first property. In the end, she made it clear that it was ultimately my decision to move forward after properly educating me. Before we left, Myung looked me in the eye and assured me that she could find me a similar property, in a great location with less financial risk.
From our conversation, I got the sense that Myung not only understood the Texas real estate market but also understood what I took to manage a property. She was kind, respectful, informative and allowed me to make my own decisions. I could not have found a better partner on my journey to real estate investing. Myung and her Domain Realty team take great care of
their clients, even 22-year-old new grads from New York City.
